Steamed Egg with dried Scallop and clam

Ingredients:
30g Dried
Scallop
200g Clam
3pcs Egg
Sauce:
30ml PRB
Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper Powder
1
teaspoon Ginger Juice
Method:
1.
Soak the dried scallop in the water for 2
hours, tear them into pieces and set aside. Boil the clams, drain and set
aside.
2.
Mix the egg with 3 parts of water, salt,
pepper powder and ginger juice, stir well, put the scallop and clam into the
egg mixture.
3.
Steamed for 8 minutes in high heat, drizzle
PRB Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood over the top and serve.
