Fried Beef with Asparagus

300g     Asparagus
10g       Shallots
10g       Ginger
5g         Red Pepper
200g     Beef

1/2 tbsp  Pearl River Bridge Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1 tbsp     Pearl River Bridge PRB's Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce


1.   Trim the ends off the asparagus and blanch in boiling water, then slice and set aside.
2.   Slice the shallots, ginger; red pepper chop into small pieces.
3.   Slice the beef and marinade for 10 mins with sauce.
4.   Heat the oil in the pan and fry the shallots, ginger, red peppers and beef. When almost cooked, add the asparagus and saute for a further 5 mins. Serve immediately.
