Fried Duck Chest with Mixed Sauce

【Ingredients】
150g     Duck chest

【Sauce】
2 tbsp    PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp      PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce
3 tsp      Cooking wine
2 tsp      Oil
Pinch     Salt


【Methods】
1.   Marinade duck chest for 1 hour.
2.   Pan-fry the duck chest for around 5 mins.
3.   Stir while pan-frying, serve until each side of duck chest is golden.
